Although we, cooltvoffers.com, can’t provide that information for you, we do know how frustrating it can be to wait for a shipment in the mail, and we will try to help you out. We have put together a list of product suppliers who may be able to assist you with the status of your order.

Further, CoolTVOffers.com does not physically sell, ship, or collect your personally identifiable information, therefore, it is up to you to contact the company that you purchased your as seen on TV items from. Any comments left, or order inquiries sent to us will be sent in vain, as we cannot assist you. We just don’t have your information!
