My personal experience is that I returned the CD during the trial period as I found the CD too basic for me. 3 customer service officers have confirmed that the CD was recorded as returned in their computer system. But I was charged $79.95 in my bank account. I argued with the customer service several times on this and they claim that they did not charge me. I am so pissed!! BOA is helping me on investigate on this case and seems like Onlingo is not helping! Please help yourself by not giving any business to onlingo. I am going to as many sites as possible to share my bad experience and prevent anyone else from being cheated. This company should be charged with fraud!! And for the reviews, i want to give a -10!
