I have been looking for a healthy alternative to current cookware for use. I saw your advt on TV. I am very keen on the gorgeous cookware & would like to know a little bit more. Please let me know if the 9″ pan is PFOA as well as PTFE free. I believe some PFOA cookware in the market still has PTFE. Would request you to confirm that this is PTFE free as well. If available, I would request you inform me the percentage of various metals release on very high heat. I would request an early reply.
