what are the sizes?
Size Matters – I don’t know why the makers of this product didn’t see fit to list the sizes of their products on its official web page. Go figure.
Here are the measurement from mine.
Small – L 9.5 in; W 3.0; H 6.5
Large – L 12.5 in; W 3.0; H 6.5
** If you turn the keeper inside out (so that the pockets are on the outside) and you use the end pockets for an umbrella or water bottle you can get up to 3 inches more length on either side of the keeper.
I ordered my Kangaroo Keeper almost 8 weeks ago, I ordered it on Sept. 23, 2009 and as of November 20, 2009 I STILL have not received it. Customer care number is someone answering the phones from their home and an automatic answer of, “It will ship in 3 more weeks.” I told the person on the phone to cancel my order as I didn’t want to wait any longer. He told me, “You can’t cancel the order, it is already in the system.” Furthering my belief that this is someone answering the “company” phones at home and have NO clue what is going on. Do Not order this product online, the web site ordering process is a badgering of, “Would you also like to add this or this or this or this to your order?” I would wait until the product is in the store. Have you also notice there aren’t any reviews on this product? Wonder why that is? OH, that’s right, cause it never gets mailed to you! Save yourself time and money, just wait until it is available in store.

How long ago did you order yours? Eleven weeks and I am still waiting. Congrats on finally receiving yours!!
I ordered mine Oct 29, 2009 and just got it on Dec 14. I called about 6 weeks after my order date and found out it was back-ordered. The customer service messages asked people who ordered before a certain date ( sorry don’t remember the exact date but I think it was in Oct) to leave a message if they hadn’t yet received their order.
I ordered it back in October. Here’s hopeing you get it soon
Congrats for those who FINALLY got their orders. I am still waiting. Ryteclick, I called and left a message also once I read your post. Thank you for that, maybe it will help. I am a little ticked off at the company though because people who ordered almost a month after I did are getting their orders before me. Guess that is the way it goes though. I will just keep checking the mail box.

I still haven’t received my order. I have given up. I rechecked my credit card statements and I don’t see that I was ever charged for it. I really, really wanted this item, but after waiting for almost 5 months and absolutely nothing from customer service I gave up. ***I just went back to the website and it now has a customerstatus.com link to check your order. It says it can’t find my order. I used last name and order number, I also used email and last 4 digits of the credit card. Guess now I know why I didn’t get my order. I am waiting for it to get into the stores.
I ordered mine 12/30/2009 my card charged 1/26/10 it is now 2/20/10 and I am getting ready to 1st dispute my charge with Visa and then file a complaint with the States Attorney Generals office. company is nothing but a fraud and damn it, they have my money!
